Pocket eSIM Has Not Refunded My $12.99 Unused eSIM

For my trip to Russia, I purchased an eSIM from Pocket eSIM on July 26, 2026, for $12.99. However, after making the purchase, I realized that the eSIM was not compatible with my phone, so I requested a cancellation.

I first contacted customer service through WhatsApp, and they told me that they would issue a refund. I provided all the information they requested. A few days later, I received an email asking me to provide the information again, so I sent all of the requested details by email as well. Despite this, even though today is the 16th, I still have not received my refund.

In addition to not receiving the refund, I have received no response whatsoever to the emails I sent. When I contacted them again through WhatsApp, I was simply told to send an email regarding the issue and was redirected back to the same channel. Having paid for a service I never used and then being ignored throughout the process has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that Pocket eSIM refund the $12.99 charged for the unused eSIM associated with my order number PCK2607262YUFX to my credit card as soon as possible and provide me with written confirmation regarding the refund.
