Temu's Fake Refund - My Two Orders Still Missing
On February 28, 2025, I bought two products from the Temu shopping site, trusting the platform. I canceled my order on the same day, and a message appeared in my account stating that the money had been refunded. Specifically, the refund notification showed a projected return to my original payment method within 3-5 business days. However, even after a month, I still haven’t received the refund. I have meticulously documented all communication, including screenshots of the cancellation and refund confirmation, as well as the initial order details. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no refund had been processed. There is no proper customer service or anyone to assist on the Temu site—it's a complete fiasco. This site is unreliable and disappointing.
