Teka Built-in Cooktop Spare Part Ordered Wrong, Waiting For a Fix For Weeks

Somewhere in 2019, we bought a Teka built-in cooktop. Unfortunately, we liked the brand. We called the service in April of 2023 for the breakdown. They said they will come, they did not come. We called the number 444 again. They said they will come. They came and fixed the problem and took the money. They said that the part will be changed and we will inform you. They didn't call. We called the number 444 again. The authorized service called, this time they said 630 liras for parts, we accepted. They didn't call. We called the number 444 again. They said the service will come next week. Service came, they said the part was wrong. Then they called. They said they want an appointment to take a picture of your stove part. They came to see what the piece of the stove, which is supposed to be a model memory, is like... no sound again... This is how we have been experiencing Teka service quality for about 3 months. I believe you felt overwhelmed as reading, imagine me!!!!
