If Teka service won’t supply oven parts and you want to get parts or escalate support;

Confirm the exact part you need;

• Take a photo of the part and model/serial tag on the oven
• Note the part number if visible
• Write down the exact oven model

Check warranty and coverage;

• Find your purchase date + receipt
• If under warranty, parts should be supplied by Teka service
• If they refuse, ask for a written reason

Escalate Teka support;

• Include:
