Beko Continuous Appliance Troubles


Dear Beko-Arçelik, what's the deal with your company? We've had to come out multiple times for the same issue. Every time, they collected the payment and departed. It's been three months since the last visit, when they insisted on charging ₺1000 for a part replacement. Once again, I find myself confronted with the same issue. Stay away from this brand if you don't want to deal with constant issues and endless frustration. I've always relied on your good name when purchasing my appliances in the past. If I had known back then what I know now, I wouldn't have picked you. I won't be buying another product from this brand again.
