StubHub Resold My Tickets While I Was Going to the Concert

On Monday, April 27, 2026, I purchased two Silver Standing tickets for The Neighbourhood concert in Istanbul through StubHub because my daughter wanted to attend the event. I paid for the tickets using my credit card and expected to receive valid tickets that would allow us to enter the concert without any issues.
However, while we were on our way to the venue, I started receiving multiple emails from StubHub. When I checked the emails, I noticed that none of them contained the QR codes required for entry to the concert. Despite this, we continued to the venue in the hope that the issue could be resolved.
When we arrived at the entrance, the event staff informed us that we could not enter without valid QR codes and advised us to contact StubHub immediately.
While trying to understand what had happened, I reviewed the emails more carefully. I discovered that StubHub had first sent an email stating that my tickets had been sold, then another email saying that the sale had been canceled, and shortly afterward a third email indicating that the tickets had been sold again. In addition, the amount shown in the final sale appeared to be approximately ₺2,000 lower than the price I had originally paid for the tickets.
At no point did I authorize the sale of my tickets. If I had wanted to sell them, I certainly would not have traveled to the concert venue and attempted to enter the event. My intention was clearly to attend the concert with my daughter using the tickets that I had purchased.
Instead, I found myself standing outside the venue without valid QR codes while my tickets had apparently been sold to someone else without my knowledge or consent. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to contact StubHub and resolve the matter while at the venue. Eventually, I was informed that the tickets had been sold and that nothing could be done.
As a result, we were unable to attend the concert despite having purchased tickets and making the trip to the venue. This situation caused significant disappointment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
Furthermore, although the event has already taken place, I have now been waiting for nine days for the proceeds from the alleged ticket sale to be returned to me. I have still not received the payment or any satisfactory explanation regarding how my tickets were sold without my authorization.
I respectfully request that StubHub immediately refund the full value of the two Silver Standing tickets associated with transaction number 641787568 without any deductions. I also request a detailed written explanation regarding how and why my tickets were sold without my approval, why I never received valid QR codes, and what steps StubHub intends to take to correct this serious error.
I expect a prompt resolution, a full refund, and a clear explanation of the circumstances that caused this unacceptable experience.
