my Teka induction cooktop has been driving me crazy lately with all these frustrating issues, one of the burners wasn't working at last, so I called up the service tech to come fix it. But, instead of fixing the problem, the tech actually made it worse. In fact, their actions caused a power outage in my house, tripping the circuit breakers, imagine the commotion. The technician took the cooktop to the service center for repairs, but when it was returned to me, now two burners were not working. So, when I asked why the thing wasn't working, the service guy was like, "Well, looks like luck's not on your side." Pretty sarcastic, if you ask me. to top it off, the touch controls on the cooktop went haywire just a day later, and before we knew it, the whole thing just gave up on us. Unfortunately, there is only one service center in Samsun that handles Teka products.
