On November 19, 2023, I bought a TCL 58P733 TV from Vatan Bilgisayar. When selling the TV at Vatan Bilgisayar, the salesperson praised the brand, mentioned Bilkom's support, and promised that any problems would be fixed quickly. They also said that buying this TV got you a pair of headphones worth 2,000 won, which they said was the same as getting the TV for 2,000 won less. But when the service technician set it up, he said there wasn't a headphone. When I called customer service, they said the sale was still going on, but that the headphones were limited in stock and it was up to them to decide if they had them. They also said to go back to Vatan Bilgisayar and ask for them if they kept their promise. They said that this model wasn't part of the promotion when I kept asking about it. It's disappointing when people give you false information, break their promises, and don't care about your needs. It hurts your reputation and makes people less likely to trust your brand. One time of lying to a customer is okay, but you can't keep doing it. Try putting yourself in the shoes of the customer. How would you know if the service has headphones in stock? Therefore, Bilkom is responsible for this, and if a promise is made, Bilkom must keep it. Playing these kinds of games to sell TVs is pointless and makes customers unhappy in the end. If a company can't make a customer happy over even one pair of headphones, they can't make them happy when their TV breaks. So, let's hope the TV doesn't get broken. Don't bother with a response; I've already got one, here below:
