TCL TV Installation Debacle
I bought a TV made by TCL, and at first, they set up the installation for four days later. But the service team didn't show up on the day they said they would. I was angry, so I called the service center. They rescheduled for two days later and said the delay was because it was the weekend. Even though Bilkom's customer service told me they would talk to the service team and get back to me, they didn't. I'm very upset about everything that has happened. I bought a product that wasn't installed like they said it would be, so they need to give me my money back because they couldn't keep their end of the deal. TCL needs to step up its game and give its customers good service. Their empty promises are just not worth the trouble and trouble they cause.
