Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!

On November 12, 2023, I got two Qe55s90c, one Qe65s90c, and one Qe77s90 television from Mall Of Vatan Bilgisayar. We applied for the campaign on the same day at Vatan Bilgisayar and were given campaign codes on our phones. Later, a sales agent advised us that Samsung customer support would contact us. We proceeded with our purchases. We phoned the installation service and made registrations. Installations were conducted using the reference service numbers 4273140307/4273144309/4273144315 and 4273144392. We only received a service satisfaction survey from a research firm. When I contacted Samsung customer service about this, I was promised I would receive an email and additional action would be taken. However, I did not receive any emails or other forms of communication. As a valued Samsung client, I would like to have my concerns addressed.
