I am writing to complain about an ongoing problem I have been facing with my 1win account when trying to make a deposit using my bank card. For the past two months, every time I attempt to deposit, the process fails, and I receive an error message saying that the site cannot be reached and that redirect.payhost-gate.com took too long to respond. Because of this, I have been completely unable to fund my account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but instead of giving me a clear solution, they asked me for a deposit receipt that should have been sent to my phone, even though I never received any such message. They then continued to tell me different things that I could not clearly understand, and none of their explanations actually solved the problem or helped me complete a deposit. I request that 1win urgently fix the deposit system for my account so that I can make payments with my bank card without these errors. I would like a clear and workable solution as soon as possible, as this issue has already been going on for two months.
