Because of this, I have been completely unable to fund my account. I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but instead of giving me a clear solution, they asked me for a deposit receipt that should have been sent to my phone, even though I never received any such message. They then continued to tell me different things that I could not clearly understand, and none of their explanations actually solved the problem or helped me complete a deposit. I request that 1win urgently fix the deposit system for my account so that I can make payments with my bank card without these errors.
