TCL 55C735 Model TV Couldn't Be Installed Due To Missing Pieces

I bought a TCL brand 55C735 model TV with Koç Flextra. On 08.05.2023, friends from Baran Elektronik came to install the TV and when they opened the box, they said that there was no foot in the box. They left without installing the TV. I contacted the service that day and explained the situation and said they would take care of it. A week passed, I called every day and stated that I wanted to be informed, but they did not give any response, I always contacted them. As a result of long struggles, I was able to make a change decision and reported that I had a time problem. I don't think customer service can achieve anything. Those who do not want to be victimized should make their choice over other brands.
