Suicide Hotline Studio Took My Payment but Never Shipped My Sweatshirt

On October 26, I placed an order for a sweatshirt through Suicide Hotline Studio. At the time I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was stated as 17–21 business days. However, despite a long period of time passing, my order has not been shipped, and I have not received any updates or notifications. My order number is 1559, and I paid $44 using my debit card. I have sent multiple emails and also contacted them through their Instagram accounts, clearly stating that if they were unable to ship my product, I wanted a refund. Despite all these attempts, I have received no response, and I feel that my messages are being completely ignored. I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the sweatshirt I ordered be delivered to me without further delay in exchange for the payment I made.
