On August 6, 2022, I took my elementary school-aged son to Migros and surprised him with a TCL MT40x smartwatch. After about 4.5 months of use, it stopped working for my son. But the watch just stopped working altogether the other day. While charging, it remains off. I no longer have any interest in purchasing this brand. My complaint is accompanied by the photos shown below. For the past 10 days, my son has been unable to use the watch, and I've become increasingly upset and uneasy as a result. I anticipate a speedy resolution to my complaint. I purchased this watch so that I could stay in touch with my child while he was away at school. I have no way of knowing at this time if my son is in danger.
