Defective TCL MT42X Smartwatch Purchase and Poor Customer Service from Carrefour

On July 8, 2023, I purchased a TCL MT42X pink smartwatch from Carrefoursa.com. It arrived on July 12, 2023. The protective seal on the product's box was missing, and there was no invoice included. I also did not receive the invoice via email. The watch began displaying a SIM card error on the second day, and its battery lasted only a day despite minimal usage. I called Carrefour SA's call center, frustrated. Recep, a representative, rudely stated that they couldn't help me and advised me to contact TCL directly. When I mentioned the lack of an invoice, he stated that the invoice could only be sent by the authorized department. This watch was purchased for a trip planned for the 19th of this month. Carrefoursa.com has caused me significant inconvenience despite selling a defective product.

I will never buy even a pin from Carrefour again. They sold a faulty watch and got rid of it. I had to send it to service with great difficulty on my own. The watch came back and after a week, it had the same issues again. My money went to waste. Damn them.
