I called Carrefour SA's call center, frustrated. Recep, a representative, rudely stated that they couldn't help me and advised me to contact TCL directly. When I mentioned the lack of an invoice, he stated that the invoice could only be sent by the authorized department. This watch was purchased for a trip planned for the 19th of this month.
