During the black Friday sale, I purchased a TCL 4K HDR Google TV exactly one month ago. Yesterday, however, I turned on the TV only to see vertical lines across the screen. It looks like an issue with the LEDs is to blame. Appointments are being scheduled as far in the future as possible in an effort to delay me, I assume, by the service. The customer service department at TCL doesn't seem to care about the issue. Applying to the consumer arbitration committee has no downsides. When it comes to fixing things, we mainly just can't agree. There's no point in fixing a device that's only a month old if it's only going to break down again.
