Defective TCL TV White Clouding Issues
I'm utterly disappointed with my TCL "50C725 4K UHD QLED" TV, which I purchased brand new on November 7, 2022. It exhibits white clouding during black scenes, affecting the viewing experience. When I contacted the service center and they inspected the TV, they took some photos and promised to get back to me. However, they had the audacity to tell me that this issue is normal and suggested that I should buy an OLED TV if I didn't want to experience such problems. (Of course, they conveniently advise me to buy a different TV after selling theirs.) I filed a complaint with the Arbitration Committee, and the technicians they sent confirmed that this is not normal and recommended a replacement. (So it was the technicians, not TCL's own service, who made the decision for the replacement.) It's unacceptable that a brand-new product turns out to be defective, and TCL's service claims it's normal. This behavior seems exclusive to our country and not acceptable in other countries.
