TCL 75C735 QLED TV Warranty Issue


I bought a TCL 75C735 QLED TV six months ago, and it has been plagued by numerous problems since then. Despite these issues, neither the service team nor the manufacturer has attempted to assist or stand behind their product. The image quality is constantly deteriorating, and the AirPlay feature is inoperable. Despite being a Google TV, the interface is painfully slow. Despite my efforts to communicate these issues to the service center via videos and verbal descriptions, they have yet to come and inspect the television. It's very discouraging to invest in a product and then receive no support when it falls short of expectations. I'm left with a broken television and a sense of frustration. I'm hoping for a quick resolution.
