After-Warranty Screen Issues with TCL 50C725 QLED TV

220

Trusting the brand's quality, I bought a TCL 50C725 series QLED television in January 2022. But I was disappointed when the screen started making random horizontal black lines. The warranty may have just expired, but it's disappointing to see these black lines filling the TV's bottom half a month after the warranty ended. Seeing the degradation of a product I bought nearly two years ago is both upsetting and interesting. I won't think about purchasing any TCL products again if the company isn't willing to help and stands by its products regardless of whether customers are satisfied or not. It goes without saying that no one in my inner circle will be getting TCL. I strongly suggest that TCL live up to its stellar reputation by responding quickly to my concerns and fixing the problem at no cost to me.

"The service performed a fault diagnosis, and the result was disappointing: the panel price is 22,000 TL. It is currently at the solution center; I hope the Samsung company stands by its product and replaces the panel. They claimed a 10-year screen warranty for the Samsung QLED TV, but what difference does that make for screen burn-in? If you are so confident in your screen, should we intentionally burn it? I don't understand; we will wait and see."
