TCL Ignored The Court's Order To Replace My Broken TV

I bought a 55-inch C-728 model TV in January 2022, but on December 7, 2022, a dead pixel showed up on the screen. I took the TV in for service, and it was fixed on January 26. This was a long time after the legal time limit for repairs. But the product still doesn't work right, and the law says that it needs to be replaced. Even though this is the law, the company hasn't done anything to fix my problem. This lack of response is making me very angry, and I'm looking for help to solve my problem. It's important to hold companies accountable for making sure their customers get good products and services. For this reason, I believe that others facing similar challenges should also take up arms.
