Tango Live won’t verify my identity documents, what can I do to complete verification?

If Tango Live won’t verify your identity documents;

• Contact Tango support via in-app support or official email and explain that your identity verification keeps failing
• Provide your username/ID, verification attempt dates, document type used, country, and screenshots of the rejection message

Ask them to;

• Explain why the documents were rejected (image quality, mismatch, unsupported ID)
• Confirm which documents are accepted for your region
• Allow you to resubmit verification or complete an alternative check (selfie/video verification if available)
