Tango.me Withdrawal Is Locked After Successful Verification

I am experiencing a serious verification problem on Tango.me that has been blocking my withdrawal of my earnings. On 20 August, my withdrawal feature was locked even though I have a balance of around 270 USD in my account. The app keeps asking me to complete verification again and again. Support sent me a verification link, I followed it and passed the verification successfully, but my withdrawal feature is still locked and nothing has changed in the app. After that, I contacted Tango Support again and explained that I had already passed verification but still could not withdraw. It has now been several days and I have not received any response or solution, while my balance remains stuck and I cannot access my money. I have also attached screenshots that show my 270 USD balance, the repeated verification request, and the error screen stating that I could not be verified, even though I already followed the link provided by support. I kindly request that my verification status be checked manually, that my account be fully verified, and that my withdrawal feature be unlocked so I can withdraw my 270 USD without further delay.
