Tango Withdrawal Verification Failed – Unable to Withdraw Earnings

Yesterday at around 3 pm I tried to make a withdrawal from my already registered Tango account, but the verification step was refused and the system blocked the withdrawal. My registration is complete and my account is open, however each time I want to withdraw my money the verification is refused. After this problem occurred, I contacted Tango customer service, but I have not received any response so far and the situation has not been resolved. There is already 31 $ on my Tango account, yet I cannot withdraw my own money because of this verification problem. I request that my verification be accepted and that my withdrawal be processed without further delay so that I can access the 31 $ on my account.
