Tango Live Verification Failed – Request Manual Review and Full Access
I am experiencing a problem with my Tango Live account related to identity verification. When I try to confirm my identity documents to complete the verification process in the Android version of Tango Live, the automatic system rejects my document without giving any explanation. Because of this, I am unable to successfully complete the verification of my account and I do not have full access to all the functions. In addition to the verification issue, some of my transactions made with my VISA card are being rejected by Tango, as shown in my transaction history. These payment rejections create additional difficulties in using the service, and I would like them to be checked and resolved together with the verification problem. I kindly request a manual review of my identity documents and completion of the verification process, as well as restoration of full access and all features of my account as soon as possible. I have already contacted your support service, but I only received an automatic reply and another verification attempt, which did not solve the problem and did not satisfy my request for a manual review.
