Tango Cam Account Banned for Age Verification Despite Being an Adult

Yesterday my Tango Cam account was banned due to age verification, even though I am of legal age and use the same Google account that clearly shows my correct age. The ban message stated that my account was blocked for age verification reasons. I tried to verify myself on Tango Cam by uploading my ID picture, but the system did not accept it. I can upload my ID photo elsewhere, but Tango Cam does not allow me to complete the upload or verification in the app. I have not received any clear response or support message from Tango Cam about the reason or how to solve this issue. I request that my age be accepted as verified, my Tango Cam account be reopened, and the age‑verification block be removed as soon as possible. I also ask for clear information on what else is needed from me if further verification is required, so that I can use my account again without interruptions.
