Tango Live Identity Verification Failed: Unlock Withdrawal

I am a Tango Live user and three days ago I tried to complete the identity verification process to be able to withdraw my winnings. During the process, the document upload and facial recognition failed, and since then the app does not allow me to try the verification again. At this moment I have about 28 dollars, equivalent to approximately 5,687 diamonds, blocked in my Tango Live account and I cannot withdraw them. The app shows an error message saying that my identity could not be verified and I need this to be reviewed manually. I contacted Tango Live support through the app, but more than 42 hours have already passed and I still have not received any response or solution, so my money remains blocked and I cannot complete the verification again. I kindly request that my case be reviewed manually, that my identity verification be completed correctly and that the withdrawal of my 28 dollars (around 5,687 diamonds) be enabled as soon as possible, or that they provide me with a clear solution and a concrete response.
