Tango, Verifications Error During Withdrawal, Need A Solution Immediately



I am experiencing a problem with the identity verification process in the Tango app that is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. I attempted my very first identity verification for a withdrawal of 19 dollars, but the system immediately rejected it and locked the interface. I am now stuck on the “We couldn’t verify your identity” screen and there is no option to re-upload my documents or restart the verification process. Because of this, I cannot complete my withdrawal even though I only tried verification once. I also have screenshots showing my 19 dollar balance on the withdrawal screen and the related Tango pages, which I am attaching to this complaint. I am attaching valid government identification documents along with screenshots of the error screen and my current balance. I kindly request that you manually review my documents or reset my in‑app verification status so that I can try scanning and verifying my identity again, and then proceed with my 19 dollar withdrawal.
