Tango Live Account Verification Still Pending After ID Submission


I am experiencing a problem with the verification of my Tango Live account on my Android device and have not been able to get any support so far. On June 30, 2026, I requested verification for my account and completed the required steps by uploading my national ID and a selfie as requested. Despite this, my account is still not verified and I did not receive any clear feedback. After completing the verification steps, I also contacted Tango Live support via email, but I have not received any response to my message. This situation is preventing me from using my account as intended and is causing unnecessary loss of time. I kindly request that my Tango Live account, registered with my email address/username, be manually checked and verified, or that I be clearly informed about the reason why my verification has not been completed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my account to be activated without further delay.
