Tango Account Verification Rejected And Can't Withdrawal My Gain

I have a problem with verifying my Tango Live account through Sumsub and I can no longer access my winnings. I previously had a Tango account that was fully verified, but I deleted that old account. After that, I opened a new Tango account and applied again for identity verification via Sumsub. Today, 14 July 2026, my new account verification was rejected with the message that my identity could not be verified. Because of this, my account is blocked for withdrawals and I cannot access my balance of 102 dollars. I have already made sure that the duplicate account is deleted and I only want to use one legitimate account. Despite this, my new account is still rejected and I am unable to withdraw my money. My username on Tango is “Pattaya2”. I tried to contact support, but I did not receive any helpful response other than that my identity could not be verified. I request that my situation be reviewed urgently, that my identity be properly re‑checked, my account be unblocked and my verification approved so that I can withdraw my 102 dollars without any further issues.
