Tango Live Account Verification Problem

I am having a continuous problem with the profile verification process on Tango Live. On 29 June I completed all the required verification steps and, according to the application, I passed the process. However, despite this, my identity has not been properly verified and I later received the message “Sorry we couldn't verify your identify” without any clear explanation. This problem concerns my Tango account at the following address: https://www.tango.me/msaniel?ref_id=i9164QhP I followed the required steps carefully and submitted the necessary information as requested by the system, but I am still unable to get my profile verified or receive a proper response about what is wrong. I kindly request that my verification process be reviewed in detail, that I am clearly informed about the exact reason for the “we couldn't verify your identity” message and that my profile is verified if everything is in order so that I can use the platform without restrictions.
