Tango, Account Verification Error, Request Review And Solution



I am a live streamer on Tango and I have been unable to withdraw my earnings due to a verification error with Sumsub. On the 8th of this month, Sumsub started showing an error message saying “Sorry, we couldn't verify your identity” when I tried to complete the verification from Nigeria. Since then, I have been unable to stream properly or access my funds. Because of this unresolved verification issue, my withdrawal is blocked and about 20 dollars is currently stuck in my Tango account. I was trying to withdraw via the crypto option, but every attempt is stopped by the same Sumsub verification error. I contacted support, but I have not received any reply from Tango or Sumsub, and more than two weeks have passed with no update or solution. I am losing both time and income because I cannot use my account normally or receive the money I earned. I request that my account be reviewed urgently, that my identity verification be completed correctly, and that my blocked balance be released so I can withdraw my earnings without further delay.
