They renewed the modem, and now when I run tests, we observe that much higher speeds are reached compared to before. Thank you for their support.

Although I have a 1000 Mbps fiber internet subscription with Superonline, I have been experiencing persistent speed drops for a long time. The issue occurs at all hours of the day and I have never reached the promised speeds. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue, but no solution has been provided. The problem is occurring at my address. My subscriber number is 5109**17. I request that my internet speed be restored to the level stated in my contract and that this issue be permanently resolved.
