Superonline Cut Off My 50 Mbps Fiber Internet and Did Not Fix for Days


I am a Superonline fiber home internet customer, and on December 2nd at around 09:30 in the morning my internet connection was completely cut off and has not been working since. There has been no access at all during this period, and I have not been able to use the service I am paying for. I contacted Superonline customer service and was only told that there is an internet disconnection problem in my area. However, I was not given any information about the cause of the problem, when it would be resolved, or any clear explanation, and no case record was opened for me. This lack of information and follow-up has made the situation even more frustrating. Because of this outage, I could not work on topics I needed to research online and my work was interrupted. I am a customer who depends on this connection, and being left without internet for such a long time without any clear information is unacceptable. My customer number is 51107412. I request that my internet service be restored urgently, that I be given a detailed explanation regarding the cause, duration and scope of this outage, and that Superonline clearly demonstrate that it takes the needs and expectations of its customers seriously. In addition, I expect a discount or compensation on my bill for the period during which I could not use the service due to this outage.
