Superonline Disconnects My Internet and Offers No Real Solutions

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I’ve been receiving. How many times do I need to report an issue or call customer service only to be met with empty promises and no real solutions? Superonline collects my payment every month without fail, but when it comes to providing the service I’m paying for, you are nowhere to be found. My internet keeps disconnecting randomly, the speed is far below what was promised, and your technical team seems either unqualified or unconcerned. I’ve waited for weeks, only to hear the same excuses: “We are working on it,” which has led to no improvements; “Please restart your modem,” which I’ve done numerous times without success; and “There might be network congestion,” which apparently lasts all day, every day. I’m paying for high-speed internet, yet I can’t stream videos, play online games without lag, or attend meetings without disconnections. Customer service has not been helpful either, with agents repeating scripted responses instead of offering real solutions. I expect immediate action. Fix the connection issues now, without further excuses or delays. Refund or compensate me for the time I’ve been unable to properly use the service. This is my final request. If the problem isn’t resolved soon, I will file complaints with regulatory authorities, share my experience on social media and review platforms, and explore my legal options. I expect better service and hope you address this quickly.
