Superonline 1000 Mbps Fiber Internet Service Does Not Match the Speed I Receive! I subscribe to Turkcell Superonline’s 1000 Mbps fiber internet service, but for months the actual speed I’ve been receiving fluctuates between 90–150 Mbps. Despite calling customer service multiple times, they keep insisting that “there is no issue with the service.” They even offered to send a technical team to my location for a fee of ₺600 to identify the problem. I refuse this charge because the issue clearly stems from Turkcell Superonline’s infrastructure and service quality. I’ve tested the connection using different devices and cables, but the result remains the same. I am paying for 1000 Mbps, yet the real speed I get is barely a tenth of that. This is a clear case of incomplete and misleading service delivery. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, without shifting the responsibility onto the user through paid technical visits, and that the promised speed be provided as advertised. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and take this matter to the appropriate authorities.
