SunExpress Online Check-In Error for Flight TQ9766 and Unfair €5 Airport Fee

On September 10, 2025, around 14:00, I attempted to complete online check-in for my SunExpress flight TQ9766 from Antalya to Pristina, but the system repeatedly displayed “element not found” and “operation error” messages, preventing me from finishing the process. I contacted SunExpress customer service for assistance, but they informed me that they could not intervene and instead told me I would have to pay a €5 fee at the airport to check in. This was my first flight experience, and being forced to deal with a technical error followed by an unfair charge has left me extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. I am requesting that SunExpress complete my online check-in properly and ensure that no extra fee is charged to me as a result of their system failure.
