I am unable to complete the check-in for my November 18, 2024, SunExpress flight from Antalya (AYT) to Coventry (COV). Despite check-in being advertised as free, the system is asking for payment. I even tried to pay just to resolve the issue, as I will be traveling with a baby and don’t want additional stress. However, the system is now requesting unnecessary information like a tax ID number, which complicates the process further.
I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. I do not want to face any problems at the airport. SunExpress must ensure the check-in process works smoothly, especially for passengers traveling with children, and stop creating unnecessary hurdles.
