Unable to Add April Sunexpress Flight to Your Benefits Program Due to System Downtime

I am frustrated with Sunexpress regarding their Your Benefits program. In April, I took a flight with Sunexpress, but at that time, the Your Benefits program was under maintenance, so I couldn’t register my flight. When the program was finally back online, I attempted to add my flight, only to receive a message stating that flights older than three months could not be added due to time limits.

How is it fair that I couldn’t register my flight because the program was down? This is completely unacceptable. I demand that Sunexpress make the necessary adjustments so that I can register my flight, as the delay was due to their system maintenance, not my actions. Please resolve this issue immediately.
