Missing SunExpress Miles Despite Multiple Requests for Previous Flights
Hello,
Last year, my spouse and I flew with SunExpress Airlines, and I requested that my miles be added retroactively. Over the past year, I have called and written several times, and each time I was told the miles were added. However, due to system issues, I couldn’t manually add them, but the staff assured me it was done. Despite my repeated follow-ups, my profile remains empty, and the miles have not been credited for flights DAEQF2, CKB4K7, and GX55PB.
I’ve made countless phone calls and even confirmed this in April via WhatsApp, but my miles are still missing. I feel like I’ve been misled, and I demand that my miles be credited to my account immediately, or I will escalate this issue publicly. Please resolve this quickly.
