On September 1, 2024, at 11:10 AM, I took SunExpress flight XQ715 from Munich to Ankara. All passengers' luggage was left behind in Munich by SunExpress. When we arrived in Ankara, we waited a long time for our bags, only to be told by airport staff that they hadn't arrived. We were informed that SunExpress has been doing this frequently lately. SunExpress provided no information on when we might receive our luggage; airport staff mentioned it could even take up to a month! I'm appalled that SunExpress left all passengers' suitcases behind.
