SunExpress Ticket Change Reduced My Luggage Allowance Without Explanation
I recently tried to change the date of my flight through the SunExpress app and planned to upgrade to SunFare for additional baggage allowance. However, I was repeatedly shown that I already had 20 kg of baggage included with the SunEco fare, so I didn’t proceed with the upgrade.
Now, I’ve been informed that due to a “technical issue,” my baggage allowance has been reduced to 15 kg. This is unacceptable, as the app clearly displayed 20 kg both times I checked (screenshots attached for reference).
SunExpress, please address this issue immediately and restore my original 20 kg baggage allowance as displayed during my ticket change attempts.
