SunExpress Staff Caused Unnecessary Delays by Refusing Passenger Assistance

On the morning of February 23, I arrived at Antalya Airport for my XQ110 flight at 06:05. While waiting, I noticed a SunExpress staff member struggling to communicate in English with a passenger who clearly didn’t understand. Seeing this, I offered to help in French, as I speak the language.
Instead of accepting assistance, the staff member rudely dismissed me, insisting, "No, we’ll handle it." But they didn’t handle it—the situation dragged on for 10 minutes, delaying the process for everyone.
This wasn’t about professionalism; it was stubbornness at the expense of all passengers. SunExpress, train your staff to prioritize efficiency over ego. Delaying a flight just to reject help is unacceptable!
