SunExpress Refusing to Refund Extra Baggage Fee for Brussels-Ankara Flight
Today, October 5, I was mistakenly charged an extra baggage fee for my Brussels-Ankara flight with SunExpress. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to file a complaint, but I couldn't find any contact options on their website. This lack of effective communication is very frustrating and shows a decline in service quality.
I am requesting a refund for the unnecessary baggage fee, which amounts to approximately ₺800, as I won’t be using the extra baggage. SunExpress needs to address this issue promptly and improve their customer service. This experience has been disappointing, and I expect a quick resolution.
