I purchased a ticket from SunExpress for July 15, 2024 (PNR: fe343m) from Pristina to Izmir. However, SunExpress changed the flight date to July 13, 2024, rerouting via Antalya without informing me while I was abroad. When I arrived at the airport on July 15, 2024, I was informed that no such flight existed. If changes were necessary, why move the flight to July 13 instead of accommodating my original return date on the 15th to Antalya?
Despite my availability to adjust the ticket and change dates if notified, SunExpress failed to inform me of this change. I even confirmed my flight details with customer service on the night of July 14, 2024 (+90 (533******99 08)), and was assured of my return on the 15th evening. After waiting at the airport for 30 hours, I had to purchase a new ticket to return to Turkey on July 16, 2024, incurring additional expenses.
I demand compensation for both the financial losses and the distress caused by this situation, which I intend to pursue through legal action to resolve. I urge SunExpress to address this issue promptly and provide a resolution for the inconvenience and hardship caused.
