SunExpress Mishandled Ticket Change, No Response After 48 Hours

I contacted SunExpress customer service on December 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM to reschedule my flights: Izmir-Berlin on December 7 (11:50 AM) and Berlin-Izmir on December 10. The agent informed me I could reschedule by upgrading to the Sun Classic package and paying an additional fee of around 300-400₺. I agreed and paid 3,216₺ to upgrade my package. However, before completing the rescheduling, the call was disconnected.

When I called back, I was told the price difference for rescheduling was now 3,000-4,000₺. Upon objecting, I was informed the previous agent provided incorrect information and that the 72-hour window for changes had passed. I requested the call recording to be reviewed, and customer service assured me I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, as of December 6 at 12:55 PM, I have received no update.

With less than 24 hours to my flight, I still don’t know if my ticket can be rescheduled or if this issue will be resolved. SunExpress has failed to provide timely assistance, and my repeated attempts to escalate the matter have been ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. I demand immediate action and a resolution to this situation. Complaint ID: Sun-09317107.
