SunExpress Flight XQ932: Lost Phone Left on Seat After Izmir to Brussels Flight

On July 30, 2024, we flew with SunExpress (flight XQ932) from Izmir to Brussels. My son accidentally left his phone on the seat in front of him. We immediately reported it to the lost and found office. We have been constantly calling both the Izmir and Brussels airports, but the phone has not been found.

We were told that the first check for lost items is done by the flight attendants after the plane is emptied. I doubt they would have checked for the phone. When we realized the phone was missing at passport control, we rushed back to the plane, but ground services wouldn’t let us re-enter. I am unable to reach customer service. The phone is still missing. Please help us resolve this issue. My son is very upset.
