On my October 18, 2024, flight from Hamburg to İzmir with SunExpress, my checked luggage went missing, and the entire experience since then has been frustrating. I immediately filed a report with the airline, but despite my efforts and a notification number (Sun-09254956), I have received no updates for seven days. SunExpress hasn’t provided any information on the status of my luggage or initiated any solution, leaving me to bear both financial and emotional distress.

The complete lack of communication from SunExpress is unacceptable, and I need to understand the next steps to claim compensation. I would appreciate it if they could address this matter urgently, as the prolonged silence only adds to my disappointment with the service.
