Sunexpress Delayed Flight and Safety Concerns with Charter Aircraft on AYT-OTP Route

I am disappointed with Sunexpress regarding the AYT-OTP flight on October 2, 2024, scheduled for 16:45 under reservation ANJJ2B. The flight was delayed to 17:20, but by 17:40, it still had not taken off. Sunexpress failed to operate the flight with its own aircraft and fleet, leading to a dangerous situation by transferring the responsibility to the charter airline, Tailwind, which was not equipped for the flight.

This created serious safety concerns, especially for families with children on board. The service and flight experience were both highly unsatisfactory, leaving me with deep regret for choosing Sunexpress. I urge Sunexpress to address this issue and ensure such negligence doesn’t happen again. Please resolve this matter promptly.
