SunExpress Complaint: Sunglasses Missing from Checked Baggage on İzmir-Vienna Flight
I purchased a ticket from İzmir to Vienna with SunExpress airlines between July 1-8. I checked in my luggage at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, including my backpack with a leather pouch containing my Mustang sunglasses. Upon arrival in Vienna, my sunglasses were missing from the pouch. I filed a lost item report, but received an email stating that my sunglasses could not be found. If they fell out of my bag, they should have been reported to lost and found. If not, then my sunglasses were deliberately stolen.
I demand that SunExpress correct this mistake promptly. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action and share this incident across all online platforms.
