On July 31, 2024, during my Vienna-Ankara flight with SunExpress, my luggage containing items worth approximately $600 was lost. Another passenger on the same flight also lost their luggage. I immediately reported the issue at the Lost and Found Office at Esenboğa Airport and received a Lost Luggage Report. Despite checking the system with the reference number for days, there has been no update. It’s unclear whether the luggage is in Vienna or Ankara.
I contacted SunExpress via email right after the incident, but I have yet to receive a response. I strongly condemn SunExpress for their inadequate handling of the situation and for losing our luggage. I demand that my luggage be located immediately, or the requested compensation be provided. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action.
